Factory making Glass Lamination Machine - Color EVA film – Xiaoshi Detail:
Product Description
Laminated glass EVA film is placed between two layers of glass, a continuous vacuum is requested to pump out air when heated up to soften the film and laminate 2 pcs of glass into safety glass.
Color EVA film can be used for decorative safety glass lamination. It has similar characters as transparent laminated glass, but provide a more vivid style to the project. There are both transparent colors and also opaque colors available. You can also using multi layers of same color or even different colors to re-build any new colors to match the design.
For the color EVA, which is thermoplastic type which suggest for internal use only. If there are any project which request color film for outdoor use, then please kindly inquiry our sales, we will produce the outdoor color film as customized. And give you suggestion about how to use the film during lamination.
Color EVA can be laminated with Clear EVA film and white EVA film also. To get different effect, Jade white and opaque white can also be used together with color EVA film. Fabric inserts can also be laminate together with Color EVA based on custom design.
For the above combined film lamination, we will provide special lamination formula to process based on numbers of film layers and glass thickness.
For the EVA color film, it has shelf life for 24 months, but it should be sealed well to avoid dust, heat and sunlight. Different color EVA film is not suggest to overlap together over 24 hours before lamination. Suggest to use lamination tape to seal the glass edge and layout the glass piece by piece to help control the flow and keep color evenness during lamination.
