Online Exporter Eva Glass Laminating Machine - PVB Interlayer Film for Automotive – Xiaoshi Detail:
As an indispensable key material in the modern automotive manufacturing industry, automotive-grade PVB interlayer is gradually becoming a star product in the field of automotive safety glass with its excellent performance and wide application fields.
Automotive-grade PVB interlayer is a polymer material formed by extrusion of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) resin plasticized by plasticizer. It has a translucent film appearance, no impurities, a flat surface, good softness and a certain degree of roughness, and has excellent adhesion to inorganic glass. Automotive-grade PVB interlayer film is an ideal choice for manufacturing automotive safety glass with its transparency, heat resistance, cold resistance, moisture resistance and high mechanical strength.
PVB Interlayer Film Product description and advantages
High impact resistance: The automotive-grade PVB interlayer has extremely high impact resistance, which can effectively absorb and disperse external impact forces and protect the safety of drivers and passengers. When a vehicle collides, the PVB interlayer can prevent glass fragments from splashing and reduce secondary injuries.
Excellent light transmittance: The automotive-grade PVB interlayer has high light transmittance, which can ensure the driver’s clear vision and improve driving safety. At the same time, its good weather resistance can also ensure that the glass is not easy to yellow or age during long-term use, and maintain the transparency of the glass.
Excellent sound insulation performance: The PVB interlayer has a damping effect on sound waves, which can effectively isolate external noise and create a quiet and comfortable driving environment in the car. Especially when driving at high speeds, its sound insulation effect is particularly obvious.
Good weather resistance and stability: Automotive-grade PVB interlayer can maintain its deformation within a wide temperature range and has excellent resistance to UV rays, aging and chemical corrosion, ensuring that the glass can maintain stable performance in various harsh environments.
