Molecular sieve Desiccant filling machines are specialized automated filling equipment designed specifically for aluminum spacers in slotted aluminum insulating glass. Their core function is to precisely, tightly, and efficiently fill the inner cavity of the bent/corner aluminum frame with molecular sieve desiccant (0.5–0.9mm particles) to absorb moisture in the insulating layer, prevent condensation, and extend the glass’s lifespan. They are suitable for both insulated glass production lines and independent processing scenarios.
